Oh wait... it's not sunny here! What am I thinking?? But it is a beautiful day - perfectly cloudy - I don't have to squint at all.
One of the greatest things about living here is I don't have to water the grass - so finally my let-nature-water-it method works!! It never really worked in the CA Central Valley - the grass always died in the summer. But, let me tell you, the goat heads and thistles grow like a champ without water. Did you know a goat head can poke right through a flip-flop and into your foot? Ouchie!
Now... I need to find a way to let nature mow the frequently watered grass... maybe a goat... I wonder if the homeowners association would approve.

Know what ya mean about all the rain. I lived in Tacoma years ago and it seemed to rain about everyday even when the sun was out. Got a little tired of it. By the way, welcome to the stream.
